Edel Howlin is the founder of Untapped Communications, a consultancy based in Glenside, Pennsylvania. With nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Edel is a seasoned multi-platform communications professional. Through Untapped, she leverages her expertise to support communications for nonprofits, mission-driven startups, and women- and minority-owned businesses.
Edel is also skilled in podcast production, helping clients develop and maintain successful podcasts. Her work has been featured on NPR, PBS, the BBC, and RTÉ, Ireland's national broadcaster. Client stories have appeared in media outlets across Philadelphia, Houston, New York, and beyond, reaching both national and international audiences.
