Meet the presenter:
Jennifer J. Riley is the Owner/Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley, a boutique Family Law Firm. She was recognized by the Greater Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce as Businessperson of the Year (2022) and her Firm was named the Top Woman Owned Business on the Main Line of Philadelphia by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
She has been recognized by her peers as a Rising Star (2012–2020), an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys, and as a SuperLawyer® in 2022 and 2023, an honor awarded to no more than 5% of lawyers. She is a coauthor of Custody Law and Practice in Pennsylvania, PBI Press, 2013 (updated 2015), as well as Drafting Marital Settlement Agreements, PBI Press, 2019.
She co-teaches Continuing Legal Education classes and offers free classes through local communities for those facing divorce or custody issues. She also wrote “High Tech Cures for the Low Budget Case” for the American Bar Association, and publishes and speaks on social media, technology, and family law. Believing education to be power, Jennifer, through her Firm, sponsors programs available to the public to help them prepare and navigate the divorce process.
