Georgean Wardzinski is the Principal & Founder of STAR Business Alliance, a consulting practice supporting small businesses with leadership changes as well as mergers and acquisitions. Services include strategic and pre-transaction planning, transition facilitation, organizational and operational alignment, cultural and operational integration. She works as a change agent with organizations and their leaders to maneuver through challenging transitions. Georgean has a BS & MBA from The Pennsylvania State University as well as completing an Executive Management Program at Kellogg Graduate School, Northwestern University. Using her public, private and nonprofit leadership experience, she drives collaborative and innovative change to obtain results.
