How to Converse Across Polarized Political Lines
Mikaele Racine, NAWBO Advocacy Committee
In the current polarized climate, the ability to conduct meaningful discussions across political divides is increasingly vital, particularly for women business owners. This event will equip you with essential skills and strategies to effectively navigate and bridge political gaps. As key figures in business and the community, women play a crucial role in driving conversations that surpass political boundaries.
You'll gain valuable techniques for addressing sensitive political topics with confidence, understanding, and respect to ensure your voice is heard and enhance your ability to advocate for your business and values effectively.
Join us to fortify your advocacy skills and become a proactive advocate for constructive, bipartisan dialogue within your professional circles and beyond. This workshop is an opportunity for NAWBO members to exchange experiences and develop best practices for engaging in non - confrontational discussions, especially as we approach elections and prepare for Advocacy Day on June 4 - 5 in Washington, D.C.
Important Note: This event is not a platform for actual political debates. Instead, it's a training ground for developing effective communication strategies in politically charged discussions.
