Pam Hesler - Pam Hesler & Associates Photography

Pam has been a member of NAWBO for two years, having actively contributed her talents by serving on the marketing Committee.

Pam Hesler serves two different target audiences:

  • BUSINESS CLIENTS who wish to tell the story of who they are so they can communicate impactfully with their clients and prospects
  • FAMILIES who wish to capture and reflect who they are and the love that forms the foundation of family life

Pam explains, “Businesses need to tell their stories in a way that moves its target audience.  I give them strong visuals to use on their website and in social advertising to help them do that.  For families, I specialize in finished portraits—ready to hang or display in the home—which offers them a reliable way to keep their memories safe.”

When asked to identify her superpower, Pam confesses, “The ability to listen and understand what clients want and translate that into images that make them feel good. And sometimes, because clients can’t always verbalize their wants and needs, the ability to reach into someone, by asking insightful questions to bring forward their best and what, in their heart, they want to reflect.

An astonishing number of people are quite camera-shy. I think this is particularly true for my business portrait clients. I take it as my special mission to help them get over that hump by making the experience of being photographed by me a good one, not only by giving them a great photograph but also a positive, affirming experience during the session. Whether I’m dealing with a business or a family, I get involved in learning about the why’s of the photograph request. This helps me to achieve the desired result.”

When I asked Pam what special new development might be intriguing for others to know about. She told me, “I am hoping this will be the year I debut a separate website featuring the illustrative landscape photography that is my personal passion. From childhood I have been a lover of nature and feel a special contentment being outdoors in a natural setting. I could be happy just hanging out and looking around.”
