Speaker: Andrea Ahern, VP Commercial Lending, Centric Bank
In her current position of Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, Andrea provides customized financing solutions to businesses via a variety of lending services, including SBA 7a and 504 programs. She ascertains her clients needs, analyzes circumstances and offers the best borrowing or deposit product to help her clients achieve their business goals. Andrea is very familiar and comfortable with structuring transactions, being creative when bridging gaps and getting clients to the settlement table.
While a Business Broker with the Benjamin Ross Group, Andrea successfully facilitated the sale of a wide array of businesses, including family-, women-, minority-owned businesses, as well as franchises. She fully understands the legal, financial and emotional components of the sale process and has extensive knowledge of legal contracts, managing transactions and seamlessly guiding buyers through financing.
Andrea is a graduate of Temple University with a BA in English where she learned the art of successfully handling many tasks at once and meeting deadlines. She has a reputation as consummate professional with a solid track record of delivering exemplary service.
Andrea resides in Newtown, Pa. where she enjoys spending time with her two sons.
